General rights:


Where the legal requirements are met, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent from us at any time with effect for the future.

Rights in case of data processing based on legitimate interests:
Pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, you have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of your personal data which is based on Art. 6 para. 1 (e) GDPR (data processing in the public interest) or on Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR (data processing for the purposes of legitimate interests), including profiling based on those provisions. In the event of your objection, we will no longer process your personal data, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Collection of personal data when visiting our website:

When you use the website purely for information purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. When you view our website, we collect the following data, which are technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR:

IP address of your request, date and time of the request, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of the request (specific page), access status/HTTP status code, amount of data transferred in each case, website from which the request comes, browser, operating system and its interface, language and version of the browser software.

When you contact us by email or via a contact form, we store the data you provide (your email address, and, where applicable, your name and telephone number) to answer your questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in conducting our business operations. The information required to respond to your inquiry is specifically marked. Where we request entries via our contact form that are not strictly necessary for handling your inquiry, such information serves to refine your request and to process it more efficiently. Providing such information is expressly voluntary and based on your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 (a) GDPR. Where this involves contact details (for example, email address, telephone number), you also consent to us possibly contacting you through these channels to respond to your inquiry. You may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.

Your data that we receive in the course of contacting you will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected, your inquiry has been fully processed, and no further communication with you is required or requested by you.
