Revenue per Flight sounds like a simple management KPI: one number that makes performance comparable across flights, customers, aircraft and time periods. In reality, the KPI often fails not because the idea is wrong, but because the data foundation is.

Many charter and business aviation operators work with Leon every day and therefore have a wealth of operational flight data at their fingertips.
