Oliver Groht founded catworkx GmbH and built it into one of the largest Atlassian partners in the German-speaking market. The first German translation of Jira came out of that house, and with it the German term still used there for an issue.
It started as a user: Jira ran in the company's own operation for five years before catworkx became an official Atlassian partner. That order has stayed — use it first, advise on it second. You receive an architecture decision with its reasoning, a role and permission model, and an implementation plan with sequence and dependencies. Implementation then happens together with your team or through us, depending on the agreed scope.
We explicitly distinguish what Jira can do natively, what requires custom development, and where the Arkcanis Jira automation is the right answer. That product works with Jira Cloud; it is not designed for Jira Data Center — the consulting covers both platforms.

Not included: running your Atlassian instance and any availability commitments — you remain the operator —, your licences and Marketplace apps, and end-user training. We offer training separately, once it is clear who will be working with the system.
